What days can I hire equipment?We supply hire equipment seven days a week.Can I cancel if it rains?If your hire date is very wet and you no longer wish to have the castle, you may cancel on the day. We are afraid that if very high winds/stormy weather is forecast, we may have to cancel the hire for safety and insurance reasons.How long is the hire?Its up to you...You can hire the equipment for a whole day or for only a few hours and in some cases we can, subject to a charge, offer an overnight hire.At the time of booking do I have to pay a deposit?We do not charge a booking deposit on equipment. You may cancel at any point giving us as much notice as possible. A refundable deposit is taken on the day of your hire. Written information is supplied with every booking.Do I need to make any special preparations before you arrive?Please make sure that any hallways, side passages, or any other access to your garden/venue are clear of obstacles etc. We require a 3 foot width access. Ensure that the event site is free of any sharp objects, excessive mud and dog mess. We may need access to an electricity power point within 15m. If the site is unsuitable we reserve the right to cancel the booking.The place I want the equipment has a slope. Can I still have a bouncy castle?Only very slight slopes are ok. If in doubt we can always come and take a look.Can you set up a bouncy castle indoors?This will depend on the venue. Please ensure that you have measured the height of the ceiling and that there are no suspended lights or heaters to get in the way.Are you covered by insurance?We have public liability insurance covering accidents and injuries caused by equipment failure or improper installation. You, the hirer, are responsible for ensuring proper adult supervision of the equipment and the safety of the children using the equipment.Can you provide someone to supervise the equipment?We do offer a supervision service and the price will be dependant on your requirements, please feel free to ask for a quote.Do you provide safety instructions?Yes. We do provide safe operating instructions which you must read!Can adults use the bouncy castles?NO!! There are many reasons why they cannot but it is unsafe as the equipment is not designed or insured for adult use.If I need to, can I cancel the booking?Yes no problem, however we would appreciate is as much notice as possible. |
