General Terms & Conditions

It is the responsibility of the person/s hiring equipment to ensure that all reasonable steps are taken to avoid injury to persons or damage to the equipment. Please ensure that all issued safety instructions are followed.

Public Liability Insurance

Please note that all persons using our equipment do so at their own risk. The person(s) or organisation hiring such equipment will be responsible / liable for any damage or injury occurring from or as a result of misuse, neglect or reckless use of such equipment hired.

The safety guidelines issued with the equipment are for all people using this equipment, and it is the sole responsibility of the hirer to ensure they are fully adhered to at all times.

What preparation is needed before we arrive?

Please make sure that any hallways, side passages, or any other access to your garden/venue are clear of obstacles etc. We require a 4 foot width access. Ensure that the inflatable site is free of any sharp objects, excessive mud and dog mess. We will need access to an electricity power point within 50m. If the deliverer is caused to wait while you prepare the site, you will be charged a waiting time of £20 per hour. If the site is unsuitable we reserve the right to cancel/reschedule the booking
